** The premises are Suite 9, on the top floor, North-West corner office at 225 Rondebult Road, Farrar Park, BOKSBURG in extent approximately 138 m².
** This Lease is granted for a period of 1 to 3 years commencing immediately.
** The monthly rental is payable in advance on or before the 1st day of each month.
** Availability of the stand-by generator @ R750.00 (seven hundred and fifty rand) per month.
** In respect of utilities (rates, levy, water, refuse removal, sanitation, and security), the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor an amount equal to the Lessee's pro-rata portion thereof as is calculated on the ratio between the floor area of the leased premises to total floor area of all the offices in the building (to the nearest square meter). This is 12.1% of the offices in the building.
